Pricing has been to be confirmed since 2021. Four models are currently under evaluation, along with a fifth that reconciles the other four. Below is what we can share today, which is the shape of the table.

All figures indicative and subject to the pricing decision. The pricing decision is subject to the pricing working group. The pricing working group is subject to the complexity reduction working group, which has asked it to simplify.
The four models, and the fifth.
Per practitioner
Simple and predictable. Rejected in 2022 for penalising growing practices, and reinstated in 2023 for the same reason.
Per module
Pay only for what you use. Complicated by the fact that the modules cannot currently be used separately, or together.
Per outcome
Aligns our success with yours. Blocked on defining an outcome, which has been referred to the reporting module, which is a micro-frontend.
Per seat, per site, per entity
Preferred by finance. Requires every practice to declare a minimum of three entities, including sole practitioners.
The reconciliation model
Combines the other four into a single unified price. Currently the most complex of the five, and the front-runner.
